1. Introduction & Services

By accessing Softsasi ERP ("Services"), you ("User") agree to these Terms. Softsasi provides a cloud-based ERP solution featuring Accounting, HRM, CRM, Project Management, and AI content generation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Accounts & Security

• Eligibility: You must be 18+ and have the authority to enter binding contracts.

• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You are liable for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Subion & Payments

• Billing: You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are processed via third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal, SSLCommerz).

• Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests made after 30 days from the initial purchase will not be honored.

• Suspension: Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended until payment is settled.

4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or illegal content.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the software.

• Resell, lease, or sub-license the Service without permission.

• Access the Service to build a competitive product.

5. AI Features Disclaimer

Our Service integrates with AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini).

• Accuracy: AI may produce incorrect or biased information ("hallucinations").

• Liability: Softsasi does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You must verify all AI outputs before using them for business or legal purposes.

6. Intellectual Property (IP)

• Our IP: Softsasi owns all rights to the software code, design, and trademarks.

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of the business data you input. You grant us a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "As Is": The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• Liability Cap: Softsasi shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of profits/data). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

• By You: You may cancel your subion at any time.

• By Us: We may terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms.

• Data Export: Upon termination, you are responsible for exporting your data before the retention period expires.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.
