1. Introduction

Softsasi ERP is an all-in-one business management solution consolidating Accounting, HR, CRM, and Project Management. It streamlines operations, allowing users to manage finances, staff, and client relationships from a single, cloud-based platform.

2. Onboarding & Access

Registration

  • Plan Selection: Admins select a pricing plan (e.g., Lite, Growth) on the landing page.

  • Account Creation: Enter email and credentials; the selected plan is automatically attached.

  • Access: Immediate access to features upon verification.

Login Processes

  • Super Admin: Access high-level controls (SaaS management, plans, global settings) via the dedicated login page.

  • Admin/User: Access company-specific dashboards using registered credentials. Features are restricted based on assigned roles.

3. Super Admin Management (SaaS Control)

Super Admins manage the platform's commercial and operational backbone:
